Discovery Club Teachers Needed ... If you’ve ever thought about being a part of our children’s ministry, but other opportunities just haven’t fit your schedule, Discovery Club may be for you. We’re looking for adults who could commit to month long periods this year to teach our children, age 4-2nd grade, during the worship service. Let working with our kids refresh your view of faith! Croatia 2008 Summer Short-Term Looking for information on our summer short-term mission trip to Croatia and how you can be praying? Click here! Vacation Bible School We will be visiting Outrigger Island this year in VBS. The children will learn how to live God's unshakeable truths during the unpredictable seas of daily life! There will be 5 waves of truth that we will be emphacizing that week with the goal of providing the kids with a sense of spiritual stability in an unsteady world. VBS will be the week of June 23-27 (Monday - Friday) from 6:30 - 8:00pm. We will need lots of volunteers (and kids) to make VBS successful so think about how you will be involved. Crop & Craft Night Mark the first Friday of the month for our regular crop & craft night! Crop and Craft will next meet on Friday, July 11, at the church! Join us from 7 - 11 p.m. for an evening of fellowship and creativity. If you plan on attending, please let Beverly Frensley know no later than Thursday, July 10, so she can have a head count. Ladies' Proverbs Study Join us for a 4-week topical study on the book of Proverbs ... wisdom for today! This special 4 week summer study will meet on Wednesday nights from 7:30 - 9:00 p.m. and will be on July 9, 16, 23, and 30. This is a great opportunity for our different Bible study groups to all meet as one for a special time in God’s Word. Please note, babysitting will NOT be provided for the evening study.
