Jerry Smith

Jerry Smith's personal relationship with Christ began at age 30 as a businessman in Oklahoma City, OK. As he grew spiritually, Jerry found his love for God's Word also developing in Bible-teaching. While serving in his local church in Oklahoma, his growing love for Scripture eventually led him to leave the business arena to attend Dallas Theological Seminary, graduating with a Th.M in Old Testament and Semitic Languages.

After church planting in Texas, Canada, and Arkansas, Jerry came to Christ Fellowship in 1991. His teaching ministry is all about helping others to know God's Word, to be transformed by that message and to live out Christlikeness to the glory of God — as a testimony in our homes, workplaces, communities and the world at large.

Jerry and his wife, Diane, have in their family two married daughters, four granddaughters, Jordan, Noelle, Natalie, and Elizabeth, and one grandson, Myles. Plus, there's a very people-friendly Keeshond named "Honey." Jerry also enjoys an avid pursuit of teaching digital imaging and photography.
